[arm-allstar] Supermon login fails

Chris,

 First of all as we discovered do not use an ! exclamation point in your
password. Also try a simple password. Delete the .htpasswd file in the
supermon directory and try again.

Also is the manager logging in OK? Message at the left under where you put
the node number?
