[arm-allstar] Portable Node

Portable node is a 888, DMK soundfob and AT&T hotspot on my cellphone. I
have an issue that I'm hoping someone might have a insite on. If I start my
node without WiFi and then turn the hotspot on. The soundfob will go dead
after trying to transmit (no lights). It will continue even after I restart
Asterisk. Rebooting will not work either. Even if I unpower the system for
10 seconds it will not work. I found if I leave it off for awhile and turn
it on with WiFi on first. Everything works find. Ok, the simple answer is
to not turn it on without WiFi, and I do when I'm still at home. But
sometimes I forget. Thanks
