[arm-allstar] How to adjust the audio characteristics for both TX and RX?

Irv,
I have an FR6000 connected to a DMK URI and I use pin 22 on the D25 rear
panel accessory connector for audio. If that output is not working for
some reason you could use the rear panel speaker output instead. Either
way set deemphasis = no.
