[arm-allstar] Configure Allstar as a port on an existing controller

Hi,

I noticed that repeater-builder has preservd manuals for this controller,
which may help you. I know nothing else about them. See:

http://www.repeater-builder.com/pands/pands-index.html

Interfacing MASTR II radios directly to AllStar is relatively easy to do.
In this case you would remove and retire your PSE-702 controller.

I have a GE MASTR II repeater with a PSE-702 controller and would like
to use the 2nd PSE-702 port, a URIx and a RP3 to link to another
repeater that uses Allstar.   What configurations are needed?

Thanks & 73, Glenn - KD0Q
