[arm-allstar] Node 45740 is no longer in the database

One of our nodes, node # 45740 is showing “Node 45740 is no longer in the database”  BUT on this webpage https://allstarlink.org/nodelist.php when I check node 45740 it is highlighted in a green color box, which I understand means the node is registered.  The node is working and I can talk to it from another node.  

Any idea why Allstar is reporting “Node 45740 is no longer in the database”?
