[arm-allstar] WIFI Issue

I know in the past there have been inactivity timeout issues with wifi
adapters but I don't think that would be the issue here especially since
Allstar registers every 60 seconds and there is constant status traffic. So
there is no lack of activity even when a channel is not voice active.
