[arm-allstar] WIFI Issue

That script came from a Pi running stock Raspbian, so it's off-topic
for this list. I have not been to its installation site to check out
the quality of power supplies or distance from AP. I've had similar
issues on a non-production Pi at home (also running Raspbian). I just
restart that one manually when needed.
