[arm-allstar] Permanent link failing

Was there ever any resolution to this?
I just had it happen. Audio from the remote node to the hub stopped.
Allmon on the hub doesn't show anything in the receive timer column
for that node, but there is currently RF activity on that node, so I
know there should be audio. Audio is still flowing from the hub to the
remote node's transmitter. I disconnected and reconnected the
permanent link and that restored the two-way audio.
Hamvoip version is 1.5.3.
The hub is a beefy server in a datacenter with two nodes and one voter
radio interface connected.
