[arm-allstar] Not registering

I have an issue with one of my severs. I installed the 
write_node_callsigns file the other day and now the node will not 
register. This server has 2 nodes on it. Everything else is fine 
including another sever I have in the house no the same network. I have 
done numerous asterisk restarts and total power off reboot and still no 
change. Yes the lines in rpt.conf for reporting status are uncommented. 
These nodes have performed flawlessly until I added that download. I 
have been all over the thing checking files that I never even messed 
with just to make sure something didn't change. Everything is still the 
same. (even going back through my router and verifying the forwarding 
and all). This problem sever will connect to the other local sever just 
not anything over the Internet.
