[arm-allstar] Supermon AST DN function.

Kent,

 Good catch. There is a spelling error in the sudoers file. We will get
that corrected and updated asap. It works fine when corrected. When you
stop it the manager icons stops and when you start it and reload the page
it starts again and works fine.
