[arm-allstar] RPi2-3 Version 1.5rc3-3 Bug?

I've been playing with the 1.5rc3-3 release and found 2 possible issues that I would like other folks to confirm whether it's just my setup or if it's a bug in the Allstar software. I'm a new member of the list and this is my first post, and i've only read the last 2 months posts so pardon me if this was already discussed and addressed in earlier posts:
Issue #1: 
Permission of /etc/asterisk/iax.conf always resets to mode 640 after the system is rebooted:159  4 -rw-r-----  1 root root  4084 Apr 12 18:53 iax.conf
I saw one of the previous posts describing a fix to change the permission to 644 so that the Supermon application can read it, which I did, and the supermon app then started showing the port number for the asterisk service. However, after I rebooted my RPi2, the permission was reset back to 640. I tried this a couple of times and it's repeatable, something must be changing the permission of the iax.conf file on my system. I could not find any rc script that was making the permission change so I decided to join the list and post this message.

Issue #2:Allstar always registers my node 42082 as listening on port 4569, even though this system is actually configured to listen on a different port (4570). I already have a couple of Allstar nodes running on different ports (BBB with V1.2.1 on port 4568, RPI2 with V1.0 on port 4567), Asterisk PBX listening on port 4569 and port-forwarding were setup for those systems. On the RPi2 with Allstar 1.5rc3-3, I can connect out from this node no problem, but connecting into this node was failing (most likely it was trying to connect to port 4569 on my PBX system). Port-forwarding for port 4570 was enabled.   My guess is the registration to allstarlink.org was not happening properly and it defaults to 4569. Maybe, Issue #1 has something to do with this issue as well. Some info about my setup below...
