[arm-allstar] Did you know? Using a headset/mic directly with a FOB

Dave,

 It would not work unless it is using a CM108 or CM119 that Allstar
recognizes. It is probably not worth it to implement as I pointed out this
method is just a test situation used on a limited basis and it would not be
used with a radio.
