Another one that works rather well, is
lynx -dump http://..... > file.txt
That processes the HTML to text as well.
I used to use html2txt as well.
Another place to get weather is 'the Weather underground' mobile site I
wrote a script to get Current condition/Forecast based on zip code the user
enters.
