[arm-allstar] RPi3 No boot

Ok try it now... you had duplex=0  - no telemetry so you would not have
heard any messages. duplex=1 is simplex with telemetry.

Also you are using 9600 audio connection so you need de-emphasis. I changed
both settings. Recheck your audio levels with simpleusb-tune-menu  - It
should work now. Check DTMF as I mentioned before.
