[arm-allstar] RPi3 No boot

How are you connecting to the 271? Is there a 6 pin DIN connector? Are you
using a DMK-URI?

If you are using the 6 pin DIN - (see page 7 of the manual)

pin 1 - audio in
      2 - Ground
      3 - PTT
      5 - audio out
      6 - COS

simpleusb.conf settings -

If you are using pin 5 audio out you want deempahsis=no  using pin 4 for
audio out deemphasis=yes
For this radio you want carrierfrom=usb
