[arm-allstar] RPi3 No boot

All the setup is explained at hamvoip.org. This is the place you should be
referring to. There is a setup howto there and other information. The node
number is your assigned node number from allstarlink.org - You need to get
a node number there and there will also be a 6 digit password from there
that you need to use in the setup.
