[arm-allstar] RPi3 No boot

Hi Doug,

I think it is anouncing a software version or something. I made a video
available. You can get the details of where to download a few mails up.

I do not have an HDMI converter/booster for this Pi3. I access all my Pi's
via SSH. I must add the other Pi's have Raspbian on them which has DHCP
enabled by default, therefore there is no need for me to have HDMI
capability for the Pi's.

I understand that a new install/bootup cannot satisfy every
user/radio/computer combination, there are just too many variables, but
maybe DHCP by default can help many of us.
