[arm-allstar] RPi3 No boot

Hi Lito,
That's the issue ... I have a number of Pi's (with Raspbian) that I access
via SSH. Don't have an HDMI thingy to connect it to my monitor.
Just for interest sake, is DHCP enabled in the default install?
Like I said in a previous note, it is booting now (Murphy's law) ... I can
hear aome sort of anouncement being mad on the radio but it is very
inaudible.
