[arm-allstar] Link Registration Warning

While trying to figure out why the echolink configuration wasn't working (a
different email thread), I turned the asterisk verbosity up to 8 and saw a
number of warning messages that don't show up when I'm at verbosity level
3. One message has me curious.

I have two nodes running on the same Raspberry Pi, node 42284 which is an
RF node and node 42287 which is a "conference" node ... that is, not doing
much. I'm trying to get echolink running on this node, the subject of a
different email thread.

I see regular messages at verbosity 8 which go like this:

[[Nov 19 06:06:58] WARNING[1540]: chan_iax2.c:10143 iax2_do_register:
REGISTER-LOG: Sending registration request for '42287'

[Nov 19 06:06:58] WARNING[1541]: chan_iax2.c:7706 registry_rerequest:
REGISTER-LOG: registry rereqquest
The first one of those messages was followed by:

[Nov 19 06:08:00] NOTICE[1539]: chan_iax2.c:9728 socket_process:
Registration of '42287' rejected: '<unknown>' from: '67.215.233.178'
I assume that happens because 42287 isn't connected to anyplace, just a
lone node on the network?

Thanks!
