[arm-allstar] Asterisk crashing when Echolink connected

The channel driver code implements a "nothing found" feature, where if it
can't find the the USB adapter specified by the devstr= parameter, it just
uses the "first" unused adapter it finds...This feature is good and bad.
The good is that, in a single node system, it gets you running fast and
really doesn't matter much. The BAD is when you add a second adapter. Then
AllStar can dance around back and forth each time it starts. One time the
first adapter will be on the first node. The second reboot/restart and
then the nodes get reversed!!! Ugh! If you don't know what's happening, it
can make you pull your hair out!!!
