[arm-allstar] Asterisk crashing when Echolink connected

Thank Doug.
Yes, I do use the checksum to ensure that I don't have a corrupt download.
Problem still exists using the newest image on a new SD card.
I have a new RPi3 on the desk so I'll plug that in and see if I can
start to narrow it down to a HW fault...
