Laroy,

 You say the radio has +10V unsquelched but you are not going to use that output if you use the Spec comm decoder right? Also the DMK URI uses blocking diodes in the input lines so it will accept higher input voltages they do not have to be TTL levels as long as the low is a good low, close to zero volts.

When you get it setup using just PL set the rxaudiodelay in simpleusb.conf to about 7 or 8 and see how the squelch tails sound listening on another node or iaxrpt monitoring it. Make sure that line is uncommented also. You can go up from there if needed. Restsart Asterisk - astres.sh - when yo make changes.

          using Allstar as the controller? If you are using Allstar you
          can configure the COS direction. Also I thought maybe the TS64
          had both high and low going outputs but maybe not. 

          

          Allstar makes a great repeater controller but there are some
          pros and cons to using it. The big pro is that you don't have
          to worry about physical ports like you do on a dedicated
          controller. Each port is a node and can be configured and
          connected easily via SW, a big plus for Allstar. It is also a
          lot less expensive.
