[arm-allstar] Alpha test: CORRECTION: rpt_notch

BTW, after looking at this code tonight, I realized the rpt.conf parameter 
is: rxnotch NOT: notch


So, here are the corrected rpt.conf stanza statements:


rxnotch=f0,b0[...,fn,bn]  ; where n < 10

To notch a 880hz tone with a 60hz bandwidth, there statement would be:

rxnotch=880,60
