[arm-allstar] Baofeng 888

[Robert Newberry]

I got a little baofeng and followed the instructions for the modified sound
fob and the radio mods. Is there any setup notes for the .conf files? I got
a idea of what needs to be set but figured I'd ask first of there were any
guides out there.
