[arm-allstar] Error when using RPI2 to connect to BBB

The forest is thick enough that I can't see the trees and I'm lost.

Just discovered that one of my BBB nodes will not accept incoming 
connects from my Pi nodes (one Dial and one PI2 Ver 1)
This is the error I get .... when trying to connect outbound from either 
Pi node to this BBB node. The Pi nodes accept inbound from this BBB node 
fine.
All my other Acid nodes connect inbound to this BBB just fine, the Pi 
Nodes fail.

Assuming from the error that the 2 Pi nodes format are not liked by this 
particular BBB. I checked and double checked setting, codecs allowed and 
all appear to be set properly
between them. During the attempted codec negotiation I have ulaw 
negotiated fine prior to the error. I have tried other codecs to see if 
it made a difference with no positive results.

I do have another BBB that works fine with incoming call from these same 
2 Pi nodes so someplace there is something set wrong on this one BBB node.

Having checked and compared all that I can think of ...  any clues as to 
what am I overlooking?
