[arm-allstar] Raspberry Pi 3 CPU/SoC HOT HOT HOT!

Hi Everyone,

For those who are getting the RPi3 boards and plan to do much "heavy
lifting" with the CPU, I highly recommend obtaining a heatsink for the
SoC. When testing and running parallel software compiling (AKA: make
-j 5) with this board over the last week, I've found that it can run
-very- hot. Here is an interesting article:

I put Enzotech BMR-C1 adhesive-backed heatsinks on my boards and recommend
something similar for users that are wanting to have long term high
reliability. The BMR-C1 heatsink is the exact form-factor needed to cover
the SoC chip entirely and it makes a huge difference!
