[arm-allstar] New Node Connection Failed

I just brought up a new node, and having a little trouble with it.  I am
able to communicate with the node via RF without a problem.   I was able to
connect to a remote remote node successfully.  However, when I try to
connect to my other node I get the following on the node I'm trying to
connect to: 

 

[Mar 26 12:26:24] WARNING[12736]: app_rpt.c:22747 rpt_exec: Node <my node>
<my public IP> does not match link IP <my private IP>!!

 

The public IP address and local LAN for the two nodes is different.    Can
anyone help me start troubleshooting this?   So far Google hasn't been my
friend.
