Roselito,

I am assuming they logged in via ssh. The journal has all the log information. You need to pull out what you need. This would list all ssh logins since last boot -

journalctl -u sshd | more
Is this what you want?

We have a hub that has 4 operators with passwords that are able to connect and disconnect notice from this interface. Is there a way to keep track of who did what like an audit log built in this program?

Best regards,
Roselito De Los Reyes
