[arm-allstar] Recompiling app_rpt.c in V1.02b...

Hi Jacques,

The beta source code for the binaries running from 
/usr/local/hamvoip-alpha-test hasn't been released yet, and that codebase 
continues to evolve. The source code will get released once our next 
"stable" release occurs.

If you've got bug-fixes for app_rpt.c, please send them to me. I'll
evaluate and include it in the codebase.
