[arm-allstar] Pi3 install issue!

Hello on the list & Doug,
I am in the process of doing a new Pi3( Rasberry Pi3 ver B) install. Downloaded the necessary Pi3 .img file (RPi2-3_V1.02beta_Allstar.img}, wrote to a 16 Gig Micro SD card with Win32 Diskimager. So far this went well.
Installed the SD card in the Pi, saw a multicolor splash screen, what appeared to be the startup file running and then....... NO log in prompt
Please see the attached screen capture of what is displayed at the login prompt.



Any idea what may be taking place ?
