Edit rpt.conf functions section and uncomment the lines or lines for additional commands like "say local IP"  It is currently set to *A1  - Leave it at that or set to whatever tone sequence you want that does not conflict.

The problem is figuring out what the Pi's IP address is, especially when on a 
network you don't control.
