[arm-allstar] Pi 3id'ing with default ID and Pl tone info!

That is just the "default" node info included in the image. On Cromptons 
site there is a file on how to install/use tts on the PI and create a 
new node-id file to replace the default. Should only take you about 10 
mins to do.
