[arm-allstar] Allmon2

it will not let you login if the .htpasswd does not exist in the allmon2
directory. it will look for that file.

you will need to go into the allmon2 directory and create that file 
using the command

htpasswd -c .htpasswd username

the username will be what want to login with.
