[arm-allstar] minicom and Rpi2

Hum...okay, here is a copy of the missing library. Installing this is a 
hack, but, shouldn't break anything else.


cd /usr/lib
wget https://hamvoip.org/libs/libncursesw.so.6.0
ln -s libncursesw.so.6.0 libncursesw.so.6


....Then, while keeping your fingers crossed, try running minicom again.
