[arm-allstar] Motorola MSF-5000

So I'm now the proud owner of 2 Motorola MSF-5000 UHF repeaters. One of
which is up and running and the other needs to be programmed and tuned
up.

Do you have experience with this machine and have you used one with
AllStar? I'm interested in the specific details of connecting it to a
URI or CM-108 sound card and what if any programming choices to make to
facilitate using AllStar with the MSF-5000.

I know all I have is needs, but then...
