[arm-allstar] Sound devices supported by V 1.5

David,

I thought I have seen a rpt.conf that could use multicast udp packets for
the channel driver. I should have bookmarked the page.

It think it would be similar to the USRP channel driver, where you would
define the multicast ip and port

rxchannel = USRP/127.0.0.1:34001:32001
