[arm-allstar] Sound devices supported by V 1.5

Hi Peter,

No, UDRC AllStar support isn't included in the initial release of V1.5.

As for future support, I can't say for sure....Is there even a driver in 
the main-stream kernel for the TI 3204 CODEC??  The planned V1.5 release 
kernel is version 4.4.39 (or later).
