[arm-allstar] Hamvoip V1.5 release

I am not sure what you  are asking? Packages in Linux are programs or
scripts that provide additional features. The IRLP, DSTAR, etc. packages
will be offered as add-ons and can be downloaded just like any other
feature addition package in Linux. They would be downloaded from the
hamvoip repository using pacman. When you download a package it gets
installed in the system and is then ready to run after user configuration.
This would only be possible on the V1.5 and forward hamvoip images.

If you are asking what IRLP, DSTAR, APRS are these are established systems
in amateur radio. You can Google any of them for more information.
