[arm-allstar] Zoiper and Allstar

Doug,
Thanks very much for the response.  I wanted to have a way to connect to
allstar when away from home and the only other options here in Portland are
a couple of 33cm repeaters which I can't access.  I got started trying to
get zoiper to work and then wouldn't I couldn't let it go.  I will try what
you said and take it from there.

And thanks to Jim for letting me know about the IaxRpt option!
