[arm-allstar] BBB Upgrade

Hi --  Attempting an upgrade to 1.2.2 from 1.2.1 and am having problems 
with radio-tune-menu after using the automated script...

First though -- I see text in the document titled "First Time 
Configuration of the BeagleBone Black and Raspberry Pi 2" that refers to 
a 1.3 version for the BBB... But I see only version 1.2.2 is available 
for download... Can anyone help me clear up the confusion?

Below is an example of one of the entries eluding to version 1.3:

"Starting with BBB version 1.3 and RPi2 version 1.0 timezone is part of 
the setup."
