[arm-allstar] TX time out

Thanks Doug. I'll connect it back up and keep an eye on it to see how it 
goes.

I have the whole lot rack mounted on a 19" shelf with it's own PSU. Was 
thinking about adding a small fan to help cool the radio down but it 
doesn't get to hot at the moment. Pictures and details on my website at
