[arm-allstar] Registration Warning messages in log file

Doug,

I had verbosity level at 5.  I remember changing it a couple of weeks 
ago when I was tracking down another issue. Guess I forgot to change it 
back.  It must keep that value even after a reboot.

My 'iax2 show registry' shows 60 second refresh.

If you look at the time stamp on the logs, it shows every 50 seconds 
(not 90 as I previously miss calculated) instead of 60. (interesting).

Anyway, I have changed the level to 3 and my log file is not filling up 
needlessly now.
