[arm-allstar] location of htpasswd file?

Thanks, Doug. Yeah, I typod allmon3.

I blew it, I wasn't seeing the file when using ls. Using ls -als revealed
it! Doh...

Thanks for allowing me to temporarily transform your email list into a
Linux 101 list :)

Back to normal usage!
