[arm-allstar] CM108 USB sound FOB

I wasn't able to locate any CM108 fobs (except a few on eBay people seem to have hoarded and are overcharging for) but the CM119 seems to have replaced it, is widely available, and is similar enough that the instructions for the CM108 apply to it as well. The pins used by the Allstar mod are identical.
