[arm-allstar] CM108 USB sound FOB

Hello everyone,

I'm experimenting with AllStar Link and want to setup a couple of nodes in 
Germany. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to get a USB sound FOB with a 
CM108 chip. I already ordered 7 different USB sound FOBs off of amazon, all 
claiming to have a CM108 chip, only to find out all of them had the cheaper 
HM108 chip. 

Can anyone provide me with a name or product ID of a USB sound FOB that really 
has a CM108 chip or even better a link where to buy it? Preferably inside 
Europe but Asia is OK also.
I'm really looking forward to GPIO support for the RPi3.

Keep up the good work of bringing AllStar Link to the RPi/BBB.
