[arm-allstar] RPI V1.02 and USB GPIO operation

Hi Larry,
We've put a lot of time into researching and testing various solutions for
AllStar telemetry I/O and will have multiple options available (sound
vague enough??? LOL). Our basic selection requirements, in order, have
been: reliability, ease of use, and cost.
So, after lots of going round-and-round, there is one family of hardware
that continues to come out at the top. That is the Arduino style
microcontroller boards and particularly the NANO. While we're still
pre-alpha testing, the results are very promising. And, a nice positive is
that this hardware is fully open source and even the cheap Chinese clones
I've tried work great, too. (This last statement is important!)
Since the NANO boards are extremely popular and are readily available from
literally thousands of sources worldwide, compatible boards should be
available for a long time to come. Here are some sample US vendors on
Ebay:

More details will follow as we reach the point of releasing the
next beta.
