[arm-allstar] RPI V1.02 and USB GPIO operation

Hi Neil,
The 1.02 beta code doesn't include generalized GPIO support, yet. So,
while the USBtoGPIO interface works okay with the RPi2 and RPi3, using the
sample code found in the article, there is not native AllStar support for
it (so, not PTT or COS, etc.).
We do have a very versatile and cost effective solution in development,
which will be included in an upcoming release. More details will be
forthcoming.
