[arm-allstar] Anyone running RTCM?

Sam, you hit on one of the items that drives me nuts - duplex is hosed. But, ours is a VHF repeater, so the duplex needs are only an issue when our various band repeaters are connected for net purposes. 

UHF duplex mobile since 1968. Hard to live without it. :)
