[arm-allstar] playnews-0.7 update - possible BBB fix

Yes, another update. It does not change anything operationally. 

I added a variable to set the tmp directory where files are processed. This will possibly fix a problem when running playnews with the BBB. The BBB has 512K of RAM as opposed to 1G on the RPi2 and Odroid. Depending on available ram on the BBB it may or may not process the files. This is often a random problem.

Version 0.7 has a new (definable in the script) variable called TMPDIR. This by default is set to /tmp which is fine in most situations except the BBB. BBB users who must use playnews should set this to another location. In would probably have to be on the SD card unless you have a USB memory stick installed. While it is not a good idea to use the SD card to continually write data it might be your only choice. Make backups of the SD card!

To change the tmp dir path edit the playnews file TMPDIR variable -

TMPDIR=/root

or whatever directory you want to put the files in.
