Hi Joe,

Yes, that is a PTT connection point. Those are the pads behind the PTT 
momentary-contact switch on the side of the radio. 

BTW, for anyone setting up Baofeng BF-888 or Retevis H-777 radios for 
AllStar use, note that there are several slightly different PCB layouts. 
So, the various connectivity points may not be exactly as pictured. I've 
now been through about 30 of these radios and have seen at least 3 
subtly different boards.
